Enterprising schoolgirl wins award
A 16-year-old has scooped an award for starting a fashion business while still at school.
Sofia Bailey, who lives in foster care, took the Institute of Directors Enterprising Young Person Award 2007 for starting her business, Magenta, while in Year 10.
She put together a team of classmates to help her run the business while achieving 11 GCSEs, icBirmingham reported.
