Black entrepreneurs honoured
The first event to recognise the achievements of enterprising black people in Yorkshire has been held in Leeds.
The Yorkshire Black Enterprise Convention (YBEC) was timed to coincide with Black History Month which is held during October every year, the Yorkshire Evening Post reported.
Awards were presented ranging from male and female entrepreneur of the year to business personality of the year, which was won by Randolf Victor, who runs Principal Reprographic Services (PRS) Ltd in Bradford, West Yorks.
