The PeoplePerHour.com website aims to take advantage of the way people work now. Rather than the traditional nine-to-five, research shows more than 40% of women and 10% of men are employed in part-time or occasional work.

The website also plans to tap into the needs of small firms which have difficulty finding the people with the right skills for specific tasks, the Yorkshire Evening Post reported.
