Enterprise boosts local food
A new enterprise is aiming to put local food suppliers in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire in touch with retailers and caterers.
We Trade Local aims to bring the groups together at trade exhibitions and is producing a local annual suppliers directory.
The directory, containing special offer vouchers, will be distributed free to local retailers, The Publican reported.
