The idea behind VlogYourJob.com is to reach jobseekers through video adverts or by using social media.

It has been launched by headhunters Indigo Red.

A spokesman said:

"It's a much better way of getting across your company culture and what you are like as an employer than a written ad or job spec.

"VlogYourJob can also reach those passive candidates who may not be actively looking for a job but who can subscribe to particular job categories and have new job ads arrive directly into their RSS feed reader until something catches their eye."
