Hotel supports local farmers
An hotel is supporting local farmers by featuring a menu featuring locally sourced meat and vegetables.
The Radisson SAS Hotel in Leeds says all meat on the menu comes from a local butcher who sources it from within Yorkshire. It includes buffalo steaks from Northallerton.
The hotel's chef said the business was keen to support local enterprises and to protect the environment by keeping transport of food to a minimum, The Yorkshire Evening Post reported.
