Free advice on trade mark legislation changes
Trade mark legislation will alter from 1 October 2007, when changes to the trade mark examination and opposition processes are introduced.
Free advice on the impact of the legislative changes will be provided by the UK Intellectual Property Office in a series of events taking place around the country.
GNN reports that the seminars will include practical help and advice on the trade mark system. Robin Webb, Director of Trade Marks, said:
"These changes affect every trade mark applicant and holder."
The free events, each lasting for about two hours, will take place at venues around the country during September.
