Cheesemaker secures stadium supply contract
A North Yorkshire cheesemaker is to supply greyhound stadiums in England with Ryedale cheese.
Award-winning Shepherds Purse Cheeses, based in Thirsk, will supply its cheese to stadiums in Wimbledon, Manchester, Oxford, Portsmouth and Birmingham, the Northern Echo reports.
The business won four awards at last month's Nantwich International Cheese Festival.
