Women entrepreneurs encouraged to enter awards
North East female entrepreneurs are being urged to enter this year's top regional awards for women with their own businesses.
It is the eighth year the North East Woman Entrepreneur of the Year Awards has been run. The competition is aimed at smaller firms and seeks to raise the profile of the region's businesswomen.
The contest has nine categories and is backed by regional development agency One NorthEast and South Tyneside Council.
