Online advert supports local shops
An online advert urging people to use their local shops has been launched, with a voice over by comedian Alexei Sayle.
The commercial plays on supermarket giant Tesco's "every little helps" slogan and urged people to use their local shops "while they still can".
The advert was put together by a professional advertising agency for Friends of the Earth and the Tescopoly Alliance. It can be viewed on the YouTube website.
