Entrepreneurs need advice, money and networking
Funding, advice from a mentor and networking have a major impact on how successful a business is likely to be, according to a survey.
The research, by The Sunday Times and Bank of Scotland Corporate, was carried out as part of the two organisations' attempts to publicise their joint contest, the Entrepreneur Challenge.
The winner of the £25 million contest will have access to these three things. Five fast-growing firms, one from each region, will receive interest free funding of up to £5 million for three years.
