The Apprentice highlights interview questions
Questions asked by Sir Alan Sugar during The Apprentice TV series have sparked a debate about the type of interview questions employers should and should not ask.
In this litigious age, experts say there are a number of questions businesses should not ask if they want to avoid discrimination claims.
Caring responsibilities, such as looking after children or elderly relatives, and any questions not directly related to the job, should not be asked, Workplace Law reported.
Questions were asked when Sir Alan quizzed Katie Hopkins about her personal circumstances when making his selections for the final of the BBC TV programme.
