Pubs told to question communities
Pub licensees are being urged to find out what people in their community want from their local pubs.
They are being advised to deliver a questionnaire to nearby houses, offering a round of drinks or a free meal as an incentive to persuade people to fill in the form and return their answers.
The initiative is part of Proud of Pubs Week, which starts Monday 9 July, the Publican reported.
