Postal workers begin strike
Royal Mail workers have begun a postal strike in response to Royal Mail's proposed modernisation plans.
The strike began at 3.00 am this morning, and Post Office workers are expected to walk out in support until noon today, the BBC reported.
During the strike no mail will be collected or delivered and post offices will be providing a minimal service.
