Cooking up a business idea at home
A former accountant is using her passion for food in a new business teaching people to make authentic Indian food in their own homes.
Curry Cuisine was set up by Prett Tejura after she was made redundant from the financial services sector.
The idea has expanded from home cooking lessons to catered dinner parties, taster/demonstration evenings, corporate events and a Curry Cuisine range of spices, the Yorkshire Evening Post reported.
