Pub wins row over KFC 'trademark'
A multinational fast food company has backed down in its battle with a small English pub.
KFC wrote to the Tan Hill Inn in North Yorkshire to demand that the words 'Family Feast' were removed from the pub's Christmas Day menu.
The takeaway chain claimed the pub was infringing its trademark but has now changed its mind after the case hit the headlines. It said that it had spoken to landlady Tracy Daly and that the pub could continue using the phrase.
The spokesman told ITN that the case had been blown out of proportion.
