Local loyalty card suggested
A community loyalty card is under consideration to help boost traders in a Norfolk town.
The 'Keep it Cromer' card aims to keep local shoppers in the town by giving them a 5% discount and putting a further 5% towards local projects and good causes when they use the card.
The card would be issued free to people living in the town and its surrounding villages.
The idea is still in its early stages and the town council and Chamber and Commerce are being asked for their support. Local businesses are being canvassed to see whether they would take part in the scheme, the Eastern Daily Press reported.
