Web 2.0 tool popular with small firms
BT's Web 2.0 tool for small businesses, Tradespace, is proving popular among its users.
BT Tradespace allows small firms to create their own web pages and populate them with Web 2.0 content such as blogs, photos and podcasts.
This sort of content is usually associated with social networking and content-sharing sites such as MySpace and YouTube. However, the Web 2.0 concept is increasingly being used to help businesses communicate with their customers.
A BT spokesperson said that Tradespace blogs were proving popular because they are easy for small businesses to use.
