Niche recruitment service for small businesses
An online recruitment agency has spotted a gap in the market and is providing a service exclusively for small businesses.
US-based JobKite is offering its services to small enterprises with fewer than 100 employees, and is charging a lower rate than many of the big, established online recruiters. It will also offer CV matching and 'web-wide job postings'.
A JobKite representative said:
"As a small business, we intimately understand the issues these businesses face when competing with larger, more powerful companies which have the financial resources to run strong recruiting campaigns - JobKite is working to give other small businesses the advantage in hiring talent."
JobKite believes the small business recruitment market in the US is largely untapped.
