Supe, which opens in Newcastle upon Tyne tomorrow (Thursday 22 March), will produce soup, salads, smoothies and other fast, healthy foods from locally sourced ingredients, icNewcastle reported.

It is the brainchild of two brothers who were finalists in last year's Biz Idol contest and were highly commended in the Blueprint business planning competition.
