Acas offers e-learning tool
Employers are being offered free online training to ensure they do not discriminate against staff on the grounds of their religion or beliefs.
The conciliation service Acas has launched the e-learning tool on its website to help firms put procedures in place to ensure issues around religion or belief are understood. Users need to register with Acas to access its e-learning courses.
It has also produced a booklet called 'Guidance on religion or belief and the workplace', which can also be downloaded from the Acas website.
