Scottish business funding concerns
Concern is growing that there is an east-west divide between applications for business funding and support in Scotland.
Applications for aid are under-subscribed in the west of the country, and business angel investments have been three-to-one in favour of the east over the last ten years, according to LINC Scotland.
Last year, LINC Scotland invested more than £11 million in high-growth businesses, The Scotsman reported.
