Psychologist uses birds to train leaders
A business psychologist is using the ancient art of falconry to teach people to become business leaders.
Holden Morris Consulting has introduced the High Fliers course, thought to be the first to use birds of prey to teach delegates how to be better communicators, leaders and managers.
The idea is that people learn the skills of the falconer. Because birds of prey have no instinct to obey a leader, it is the falconer's skills that achieve the partnership that can produce results.
