Success for new student book-swapping site

A business owner has launched a website to help students save some money by trading their unwanted books.

Mark Fraser has developed Sellstudentbooks.com so students can sell their used academic textbooks when they've finished with them.

He's piloting the idea in Liverpool, where Michael Cattell was one of the first to use the site.

He said:

"University course books were costing me a fortune. By using this new website I've been able to save more than half the cover price of many of my books. It's a great idea and I've found the site really easy to use."
