Apparently, that's the best time for innovative ideas, according to a poll by the economic development service Cornwall Enterprise.

It found that one in five people had their best ideas mid-morning, but half of those it quizzed said they were too busy to have creative thoughts, icWales reported.

Cornwall Enterprise says people should have a 15-minute, distraction-free 'innovation window' break in the middle of the morning to listen to their inspiration.
