A wildlife fan who broke her leg while watching a bat has launched a business selling remedies for animals.
Former nurse Leigh Smyth runs Essentials for Equilibrium, which offers consultations on animal magnotherapy, Reiki, aromatherapy and other services. Customers can access her expertise face-to-face, by phone, letter and e-mail.
icNewcastle reported that the business was established to fill a gap in the market for animal healing therapies that are not only safe and gentle, but also proven to be effective.
The business is reported to be doing well, with a succession of client referrals indicating a thriving market for animal complementary therapy.
