Entrants to the Wildfire competition must be under 18, and must register on the website www.spreadlikewildfire.org by 28 February.

Entry to the contest will allow youngsters to create their own business homepages and access expert advice to develop their ideas. After being guided through online tasks, young people will receive a copy of their business plan to show potential investors, as well as information on how to access mainstream business support via Business Link. In May, a panel of judges will choose the best business plan.

The competition is being supported by Regional Development Agency Yorkshire Forward and the Young People's Enterprise Forum.
