Dairy farm wants feedback
A dairy farm that diversified into ice cream production is looking for customer ideas to expand further.
Sue and John Archer have been making and selling ice cream made from their Jersey cows' milk for more than two years but are keen to expand their range.
They're hosting a food and craft fair at their New Moor Farm, near Darlington, County Durham, this weekend and are looking for feedback on potential new products such as Jersey cream, fromage frais, yoghurt or semi-skimmed milk.
The couple told The Northern Echo that they needed to diversify because of the low prices affecting the dairy sector.
