Cardiff Business School's leadership, enterprise and economic development unit has put together the initiative after carrying out a survey earlier in the year to find out what small businesses required to succeed.

The results showed they needed good leadership skills, flexible forms of finance, a good marketing plan and a committed and motivated workforce, icWales reported.
