Treatment for Berry sore hands

US hotel chain Hyatts has introduced a hand massage for business travellers who use BlackBerrys.

The popular PDA (personal digital assistant) devices are thought to cause BlackBerry thumb, a repetitive strain-related injury, when used on a regular basis. The condition is officially recognised by the American Physical Therapy Association.

The hotel chain decided to introduce the massage, which includes heat treatment, as an addition to its spa services after clients began asking masseurs to pay extra attention to their hands and arms during a treatment.
