Female entrepreneurs happy with their lot
Most female business owners are pleased they decided to take the plunge and start their own enterprises.
So says Everywoman, the organisation set up to help and promote women in business.
Its survey, carried out with NatWest, found that an astounding 94% of women said starting their own business had lived up to, or exceeded, their expectations.
The report found that women were increasingly starting their own enterprises so they could pick and choose when they worked.
Ann Crisp from NatWest said:
"These findings reveal the continued entrepreneurial appetite amongst women in the UK as they choose business ownership as a way to fulfil their personal and career ambitions."
