Angela Denny, who has received a £17,000 expansion loan from Merseyside Special Investment Fund, admitted:

"Everyone - including me - has shouted at their computer and wanted to throw it out of the window."

She reckons her firm, Solveo, can save other businesses two hours a week by honing in on their IT problems quickly with focused training.

She currently has four staff and aims to increase the number to seven in the next three years.
