The British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) is advising small businesses how to deal with the new Employment Equality (Age) Regulations.
It has put together information on this legislation and other employment laws on a dedicated human resources website.
It has also produced a factsheet with the Employers Forum on Age (EFA), which is available at its usual website.
