Former midwife Alison Lindsay makes the Fairtrade treats under the banner of her Tipyn Bach Chocolate Company.

Alison, who says her most popular sweets are rum truffles and milk chocolate caramels, is setting out her stall at the forthcoming Fine Food Fair at Olympia.

She told icWales:

"It's easy enough to walk into Tesco's and get a box of Quality Street or whatever, but people like something a little bit different."
