An online entrepreneur is aiming to help other businesses exploit the potential of the Internet.
Hannah Reynolds has set up Mischievous Marketing to specialise in developing Internet strategies to increase sales leads and income.
She told icBirmingham:
"Over the past couple of years there has been a dramatic shift in consumer behaviour, with the UK population now using the web to conduct daily activities online, from shopping and renewing their library books to paying bills and banking."
