If you're fretting about completing your tax return and just keep putting it off, then calm down because some kindly accountants have put their top tips online.
The returns don't have to be in until 31 January next year but if you get them in before the end of September, HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) will calculate the tax for you.
Now the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) has produced some top tips to help you get it right.
The ICAEW says its tips will help anyone with a relatively straightforward tax return, but it advised people with more complex queries to contact an accountant.
