Women wannabe entrepreneurs are getting a helping hand from a woman who says she spent years searching for what she really wanted to do.
Penelope Else says Life Part Two is helping women who know they want a change in direction, but perhaps haven't settled on just how they'd like to use their talents.
She told icWales:
"We help people to generate ideas and work through how they can be made real."Women can make great entrepreneurs, but too often they lack the role models, business networks and confidence in their talents that men take for granted."
She runs workshops, individual coaching and consultancy sessions in London, Bristol and Cardiff.
