Learning from winners

Small firms in Wales are to receive lessons in success from their high-flying counterparts.

Inside Welsh Industry (IWI) gives smaller firms direct access to larger companies, where they can learn best practice from 'role models'.

The Welsh Assembly Government has just given the contract to run the three-year service to the Wales Quality Centre (WQC).

Spokesman Vincent Kane told icWales:

"To remain competitive in a global economy, it is vital Welsh companies continuously improve and learn from best practice.

"Through sharing expertise, firms could generate millions of pounds, boost Wales' economy and develop a strong competitive edge."
