Dave Carter has been selling the cosmetics, perfume and skincare range for two years and is in charge of a team of 870 people. His group sold products worth £136,000 last month, making it the top team in the UK.

Dave, from Sunderland, told The Sun:

"It's great to have done so well in a woman's world. People always smile when I say, 'I'm the Avon lady'.

"I work only a couple of hours a day, but it's what you do with your time that matters."
