Yell.com is threatening Yellowikis with legal action, because it reckons its users could be confused by the site - a global business directory that, in common with the 'wiki' phenomenon, allows users to write, edit and delete their own entries.

Yellowikis was set up by Paul Youlten and his teenage daughter. He's now consulting a solicitor and is asking site visitors to donate to his legal fighting fund.
