Get it right online
New businesses operating online are being urged to get clued up before they launch their ventures.
That's the advice from entrepreneur Darren Richards, who founded DatingDirect.com, Britain's biggest online dating agency.
He says the whole look and feel of a business website could mean the difference between success and failure.
"Customers can decide in a millisecond whether you are a professional business or not. It doesn't matter if you think you've got a good product, if your webpage doesn't look right, there's an error message or it takes a long time to load, people will go elsewhere."
