Say cheese!
A family-run dairy is reaping the benefits of rapid increases in demand for goats' cheese - both in the UK and abroad.
Delamere Dairy, based in Knutsford in Cheshire, was picked to send its cheese to Italy after being spotted exhibiting in Parma earlier this year.
It supplied 11kg of its spreadable goats' cheese to the British Consulate in Milan for a party to celebrate the Queen's 80th birthday.
The international success comes on the back of a rapidly expanding British market for goats' milk products - it's growing at a rate of 28% a year.
The only problem appears to be a lack of goats' milk to keep pace with demand, the Manchester Evening News reported.
