How to be a good boss
If you want to keep your staff happy, you need to ensure you're giving them enough support - because at the moment, nearly half of Britain's workers say they're not getting it.
That's the findings of a YouGov survey for Investors in People, which says bosses should be concerned about the study.
Chief executive Ruth Spellman told the BBC:
"This research exposes managers who are failing to help employees reach their full potential."Keeping employees involved, motivated and productive is a vital part of any managerial role."
But the report wasn't all doom and gloom - 49% of workers said they were happy with their careers.
