Most e-mail is spam
Business owners whose time is being wasted dealing with the junk e-mail clogging up their inboxes can rest assured that they're not alone - apparently more than 95% of e-mail is rubbish.
Spam, error messages and viruses make up the bulk of the e-mail being sent around the world, according to a report by e-mail security firm Return Path.
Most of the spam is coming from compromised home computers, which have been hijacked by cyber-criminals, the BBC reported.
