Who answers your calls when you're having a bite to eat?
New research reckons the number of unanswered phone calls to businesses rises substantially over lunchtime - meaning firms could be losing customers.
Telecoms firm Voice4IP says its survey shows the difficulties customers have contacting businesses between 12 and 2pm.
Spokesman Phil Wedgwood said:
"Today consumers want everything 'yesterday' so these firms are likely to be losing new business and frustrating any existing customers calling their offices."
