Yet another study into the motivation behind starting your own business found that getting the work-life balance right is key.

A massive 70% of Welsh business people surveyed by software company MYOB said they saw business success as having time to spend with their families.

Gary Walpole, from Cardiff Business School, told icWales:

"Lifestyle businesses, where the owner sets up a business to fit around a specific lifestyle requirement, whether that be that they only want to work three days a week or that they want to live next to the sea, are one of the largest categories."
