Beware of the scammers

Hundreds of people are still being fooled by 'work from home' scams offering envelope-stuffing and typing work.

After sending off a registration fee, the victim simply receives a letter stating that there is currently no work available in their area.

Another asks for £35 for a 'starter pack' of envelopes and labels, which have to be sent back when you have stuck on the labels and stamps. The stamps, of course, have to be bought by you. The envelopes are then rejected by the company as not being up to scratch.
