2Payforit via your mobile
A technology firm says a new system for paying for goods via mobile phone should go live later this year.
2Payforit will be launched by 2ergo, which has been testing the system with T-Mobile, Virgin and Vodafone.
The system allows users to pay for cinema tickets and items in shops by keying a pin number into their mobiles.
2ergo says trials have shown the system is secure, the Manchester Evening News reported.
