Technology "too confusing" for firms
Mobile phone giant O2 reckons small businesses are "confused" by technology.
Its survey of Irish small and medium-sized enterprises found computer security topped the list of concerns, followed by complaints about reliability and spam.
It also found - surprise, surprise - that more firms are using text messages to conduct business.
Spokesman Paul Farrell told The Register:
"Young people were the first to identify and exploit the benefits of texting. This study, and indeed our own experience with customers, suggests that many firms are now discovering the business benefits as well."
