Support group goes it alone
A business support group that lost its contract to supply advice to start ups is planning to go it alone.
Business Link for Norfolk will be replaced by a consortium led by Business Link for Hertfordshire and Essex next April.
But the Norfolk group is planning to continue offering advice and support as a not-for-profit company called Primum.
Spokesman Noel Murphy told the Eastern Daily Press:
"We could have decided to simply shut up shop but we decided we wanted to see if we could carry on offering business services outside of Business Link."
